    Big Rock Fish DQ'd??

    Just heard from a friend in Hatteras that the big fish from the big rock was DQ'd due to no fishing licenses or HMS permit on the boat. Anybody heard anything about this? That would be a costly oversight.

    I saw on this on the Big Rock's page...'Big Rock fans, thank you for following The Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament. Please be patient and refrain from comment until all information is received and a final decision from the board of directors is reached. A press release will be sent out before 5:00 pm on Monday.

    just heard that it is official... they are dq'd!! wow what i way to ruin a million dollar pay day!

    sure would suck to go from that much of a high all week to this low of a low!

    Rules are rules but man this stinks. Curious just how many compliant all the entrants really were. They should atleast get the entrance money back...
