Big Kid= Big 488 lb. Thresher

[Prime Time]

The Big Kid, Brielle, NJ with Capt's Ken Gallop, Mark Jankowski and Ken Schott put a crew together for last weekends Mako Mania and JCSA Mako Fever.

Day1- Fished the area around the Texas Tower. Lots of big sharks, but no makos.
early morning-700+ tiger shark swims into our slick
afternoon-488# thresher takes a live bunker, 1 hour later, thresher steaks for all.
mid afternoon- a 1000# + great white jumps clear out of the water about 100 feet off our slick, never to be seen again.

Day2- Fished the southern tip of the Chicken Canyon
one run off in the morning and we boated a 125-150# mako in the afternoon.

Where you guys in a tournament with this fish or just fishing?

Great White tipped over a lady on a Kayak out here last week 500 yards of Catalina Island, lady landed on sharks back before she freaked out and was saved by a couple boaters nearby, Shark was busy chewing on her Kayak, lucky girl!
