Big Girls Are Finally In Hawaii

Well Kona had the big blues the last couple of weeks. Now Oahu is seeing its share of the action. Ko Olina marina weighed its biggest fish last week at 948lb. Couple of 500's in town that came in. Shibumi out of Ko Olina lost a nice one this morning, then hooked a nice one which is being towed in to the scales right now 7 1/2 hour fight. Will post pics.

I will be in Maui June 4 - 12th, staying at the Grand Wailea. Do you have any contacts on Maui? Can you recommend a charter?

Hey Jimmy,
That afternoon got a nice Ono, 61lb. It was perfect for the long weekend. The Bite is finally going off here Big Blues and Ahi's are coming in strong.

Rod Bender grabbed a 605 pounder as well. Looks like the perfect time to be there.
