BFT out of Rudee?

I was going to run to that eddie between the 800-900 line on Friday but called it off. Looks like the flow feeding it is pretty much cut off and since it's surrounded by very cold water in the low 50s, it will be cooling rapidly. The BFT could still be there though as we sure ain't going to catch fish sitting on the docks.

I saw that...hopefully it will get pumped back up. Seen that happen before as well. Still a good temp break there...just a bit offshore but as mentioned, we had them a couple weeks back in 400-500f and by days end, all that nice break was inside 100f and the bite was getting better as the day wore on.

Just have to wait and watch...

I've been nervously watching that thing change shape. Can't tow to NC, so I will just have to make the best of it if anything is left on Saturday.
