Just got a free report from Roffs showing a great filament of gulf stream water over the Baltimore canyon. Any one up for a bumpy ride?

I think you will get your ass kicked. As a rule you can add 5 knots to the forcast and come up with a more accurate picture.

The Rutgers shot looks like mid 50s in the Baltimore.

Thanks for the plug Whitey. Heres the deep of the Baltimore /Poormans. The warm water isn't Gulf Stream. The stream is about 30 miles farther off.

I'm looking at Tuesday or Wednesday of next week for a run passed Baltimore, if the water holds. That stuff around Baltimore I don't think is the gulf. Need to give Chuck a buzz at Roff's to take a peak, but I'm not thinking gulf this close this early. I'm praying... but I'm not that lucky

Gaff & Seafood... Come on... Let's go! I'll put the canvas up and let them Suzuk's Fly!!! I think we need to head another 20-30 miles past the Baltimore...

30 miles from where? the 1000 line? well, at 50 GPH and one hour, thats 2 hours of running or 100 Gal X $2.30/Gal= $230 bucks better spent in august to november in my humble opinion.
