    Here is one of my favorite old Dexters, She's got a lot of miles on her! I only break her out now when I'm doing the double filet on a Fluke as you can flex her right up the backbone!

    Thank you for the great comments on our knives. Last week at a show we had a customer come in the booth and bought 4 sizes of the traditional knives. He told me that he expected them to last longer. I asked him how long he's had them. With a smile on his face he said "35 years".

    I'm guessing the knife you have is a 2333. It looks about 8 inches long. You have sharpened that knife a ton of times. Below is a picture of what a new one looks like.
