No pics, no birds and no fish. Very disappointing. The owner of the T-zzer was down fishing last weekend with some friends. Fri - 4 wahoo and 4 tunas; Sat - rained most of the day, seas were heavy 6's and 8's, winds 20kts gusting to 25 and they fished; Sun - 1 wahoo and 1 blue.

Any size to the tunas? From my experience they don't grow them small down there...
Our four fish day on Waterman = 736 pounds of YFT.
Hey Al:
That's a great-looking rig there (the T-ZZER) but how in the world did she get down there--did she make the run on her own bottom or on a ship? Just curious.
Thanks for the report, hope things pick up. Any news from Bubba or Jimmy?

I was thinking the same thing Swami. Can't imagine taking a 40-45 ft. express all the way to Venezuela on its own hull...
Maybe Dockwise (or similar) dropped it in Aruba or Trinidad/Tabago???
I am pretty sure the Tzzer came down on her own bottom. However, I am not 100% sure.
Lesser boats have made the trip several times and that is not the first 44' Garlington express that has been here.
She came down on her own bottom. There are plenty of boats that make that trip her size.
Capt. Wilmer on "Guarimba II" reported yesterday they had one blue, two sails and two swords (70 & 80kg) and bunch of gaffer dolphins. Looks like fishing is starting to turn around.
