    Any Longfins Spotted?

This has been a slow year for tuna in the Norfolk. This is the time of year we get our shot at Longfins. But by the looks of things you guys up off Jersey haven't seen them this year either. Usually by this time of year we've caught 4-5 Wahoos and 10-15 biteoffs. Have not had one yet this year. Marlin and Mahi are plentiful but tunas are non existent. It does seem that the tuna bite is picking up off NC. Hopefully we'll get our shot before its too late

Small yft in the hudson with a few decent sized fish mixed in, but that was before the storms, have not heard any longfin reports yet. I have a feeling this will be a late season for tuna since the fish are in NC, this may be a oct-Dec bite, or they may not reach us at all.

The long fins have finally shown up in the far east canyons here in the NE.... we're talking further east than hydrographers.... that was before Hanna.....haven't heard any reports since then....

Went 1 for 2 on albies today on 'Seaclusion' in the Dip. Put a 40lber in the box, in 68 degree water. Heard another boat had 7 albies and a yellow in same area...
