Very hard to watch and very sad. As a boat owner that runs offshore I am anxious to find out the cause. Just in case there is something else I should check.

Since they were able to raise her and tow in they must have determined what caused her to go down. Does anyone know? Always good to be able to learn from these events.

WHERE DO I START????? WELL I AM SOOOO GLAD THAT EVERYONE HERE IS ACCOUNTED FOR AND HOME SAFELY!

I HAD THE DISTINCT PLEASURE AND HONOR TO WORK FOR CAPTAIN LARRY RICHARDSON MANY YEARS AGO FOR A GOOD WHILE.....I CAN SAY THIS......HE IS ONE HELL OF A CAPTAIN, AN OUTSTANDING FISHERMAN, A GREAT PERSON AND A JUST AND UPRIGHT MAN. WITH THAT BEING SAID,....WE RAN MANY TRIPS AND HE WAS VERY METHODICAL ABOUT EVERYTHING BEING PERFECT.

THIS HAD TO BE SOMETHING UNEXPECTED.

I AM TRUELY HAPPY THAT MY FRIEND LARRY, ALONG WITH PATRICK AND THE CREW WERE ALL RESCUED. I WANT TO APLAUD THE MARLI, THE PRESS TIME, THE USCG, AND ALL OTHER WHO STOOD BY HER SIDE AS SHE WENT DOWN AND LARRY AND THE CREW DID WHAT WAS NEEDED TO DO TO SAFELY PLACE THE ENTIRE CREW INCLUDING HIS SELF ONTO OTHER VESSELS TO FISH OUT THE DAY AND RETURN TO THE DOCK SAFELY.

THIS IS SOMETHING THAT NONE OF US EVER WANT TO HAPPEN NOR EVEN THINK ABOUT....LETS ALL STAY ON OUR TOES OUT THERE ON THE WATER AND HOPEFULLY THE NEXT TIME THAT THIS HAPPENS,.....THE CREW CAN REACT AS SWIFTLY AND IN A RESPONSIBLE MANNER AS CAPTAIN LARRY RICHARDSON AND PATRICK AND CREW DID ON THE ALWAYS LATE.

This type of disaster can leave a lasting impression on anyone that has had something like this happen top them. I was involved a couple of years ago in an incident and now everytime I jump on a boat The first thing I think of is making sure I know were ALL the safety equipment is on ALL vessels that I go onto. A lot of guys dont let passengers know were all of this stuff is and how to operate it in the event of an incident. PLEASE remember to give quick safety info upon departure from dock.
Thank God that all went well with getting all passengers off safely and no loss of life or major injuries.
Good job to Captain, crew and assisting vessels.

All that matters is that everyone's OK. Very glad to hear that. Everything else is replaceable. My hat's off to those there at the drop of a hat to assist.

Wow is right...scary seeing the boat sink! But pretty cool watching the guys bringing her back up and then towing her home. I've never witnessed anything close to this except maybe in a movie...nor do I ever want too.

Excellent photos from the Marli crew! I mean not fun to watch but really puts it into perspective.

Very tough to look at those pictures for sure! Very glad everyone is safe. Those situations can always be worse if in the dark or worse weather.

Here's to you Capt Richardson, crew and coast guard!
