AFTCO SUCKS!!!!

NOT!!!About a year ago I bought a set of AFTCO wiremax gloves and used them last season a few times.Well when they were made a few of the stitches didn't take and there was a small hole in them. I contacted AFTCO and was directed to a gentleman named Greg.I explained the situation and asked what the warranty was.Greg proceeded to explain they shouldn't have done that send them to me.Off they went and two weeks later a brand new pair showed up.With an invoice that said have a nice day!This is the way to treat your customers,I use alot of aftco products and will continue to do so.I cannot tell you how much I like these gloves the allow a tremendous amount of dextarity and no matter how hard you pull on they wraps your hands are safe.

Thats how it should be. Customer relations plays a major part in my purchases.

NICE!!! I have to replace mine but for another reason...someone lifted them off my boat!

I usually do not leave them sitting out but did so one day last year (was getting stuff ready and decided to leave them out as I'd be back in the morning...GONE).

I really like the gloves though...much better than the yellow gumby gloves.

They make high quality stuff. And when a company deals with customers in a way such as you told us about, it makes all the difference.

I dealt with Greg on the Outrigger release clips issue. They had switched to the OR-2 clips and in my opinion were junk. When I sent him and e-mail, I had a responce the same day that said to send them back to him and he would replace them with the OR-1 clips that have been out for years. He not only sent me free replacements, he sent me double the order free.

AFTCO IS A STAND UP BUSINESS THAT TAKES CARE OF THIER CUSTOMERS.

I wish that there were more companies like AFTCO!
