It also makes it easy for me when my clients understand the tide situation. Its tough however when you get 6 bites inside of an hour and they wanna "Load" the box the rest of the afternoon. It just isnt gonna happen with Wahoo.
Like Captain Archer says- go get some lunch, or switch over to baits and try to find some tuna or Mahi and save your fuel.
Wahoo fishing is very hard on your boat, engines and tackle and it just makes no sense to put all that additional wear and tear on your equipment when the odds are stacked against you. This is where it is very beneficial to listen to the advice your captain offers and go with it !
