7 for 8 YFT out of chincoteague 8/20

Fished out of chincoteague with Craig (daybreak). We were around the LB stayed on the west side of the chunking fleet. all are bites came from 9:30-11:30 then no bites at all. The first fish on we lost due to the rod breaking. Then we got the next 7. Fish were hitting close to the boat. Had 4 on spreader bars on the flat line,1 on a pink and white seawitch on short rigger,2 on squid chains with a GM on short riggers, and 1 on the WWWB line with a bird and GM. Great day on the water. Went back out with Will (Ruggerdude) on Sunday and went 2 for 3 on YFT and one dolphin I will let him give the report. Great 2 days out on the water. I am beat

Nice Fish John,

Great Report. Had a buddy do an overnighter there on Saturday and went 3 for 8. He said the charter was all green and kept loosing the fish.

Nice job. That should keep some meat in the freezer for a while.

Pretty work John. I hope the broken rod wasn't one of those sweet custom rigs of yours.
