Anthony's Ark is a blowboater
7/3 OC report
Got a bit of a late start Saturday morning, didn't clear the inlet till about 7am. Stopped a little short of the canyons. Gaffer mahi in the first 5 minutes and then a 35lb. yellowfin about an hour later. An hour or 2 later had a double header of yellowfins and landed them both. All 3 tuna hit skirted hoos, didn't seem to matter where in the spread. No bites at all on the spreader bars. They all weighed about 35lbs. Would have liked to have gotten there a little earlier. The bite slowed so I tossed a bucket of chum over and put out the shark rigs. No sharks but we managed to pull a couple of mahi that came up the slick. One real nice bull (probably 35lbs) came up with his cow. Hooked and landed her but he wouldn't eat. Headed in around 6pm. Good luck to everyone fishing the tuna tournament, I'm still trying to put a crew together so we are up in the air right now.

Nice job puttin meat in the box Lance...we went to the fingers on sunday..2 for 3 on bluefins with a seasick rookie crew...killed our one and headed home early...........not having a crew for this years tuna tourney might be a blessing....by the looks of the forecast you may save yourself a little asskickin.
