They are not using biminis... that is the windon attached to the leader from what i see for naked dinks...
It is the proper way and they can work it with the main line and wind on until they get under..

Sportfishingusa, you need a refresher. Granted, when using wind on leader, you can not touch the main line, only below the connection, on the leader. I am not trying to start something nor accuse anyone of wrong doing, but the picture speaks for it self.
