And bottom line, a lot of fish get gut hooked or hooked in the gills when pitching into bait balls. How many of those fish swam away unharmed? I hope all of them but I doubt it...and how many were caught multiple times?

My point is there is not a lot of skill involved in backing up to a bait ball and pitching live (or even dead bait) into it. Your point of live bait "out catching" trolled bait actually proves my point. Whitey vouched for my other point. And bottom line, a lot of fish get gut hooked or hooked in the gills when pitching into bait balls. How many of those fish swam away unharmed? I hope all of them but I doubt it...and how many were caught multiple times?
