My son and nephew want to use the boat for an overnighter

Gonna snapper fish while tied to the dock. Funny to see him making a checklist: rods, rigs, bait, chum, glowlight, food, drink, etc. Just like a canyon trip but with no fuel burn and mommy 50 feet away

I sleep outside a least once a month in my pool with my bent butts dreaming I was still back east fishing an overnighter. Once in a while I even throw some chunks to the bugs swimming around the pool.

Just like back east a wake up the next morning hungover, smelling like chum with no fish.

Wow, David! The circles remain unbroken! I remember a bright-eyed, bushy-tailed young fellow who literally sweated fishing out of every pore whenever his dad and Howie and some other old codger began talking fishing from the Old Days back in Jersey.
