    Preliminary reports are in! They raised 50+, boated 8. Need to work on the hookup ratio. Fish are still small this time of year, they need to adjust tackle accordingly

    Seems like they fished pretty hard, which is impressive since they had movies to watch and snacks to eat in the air conditioned cabin

    The boat better be spotless when I get home

    I requested photos, will post 'em when I get 'em

    Your post took me down memory lane. My kids used to do that out on our mooring when they were young teens. My son managed a personal best (38Lb) striper one night on a scup chunk under a red and white plastic bobber.

    They still talk about those nights as being some of their favorite trips.

    It's funny, I've just gotten back into the market for a boat and had pretty much decided on a larger center console. This post has got me back thinking "maybe a cabin boat would be better?"
