Motor Update...

After trying to hammer her with and 8d direct she still turned too slow for a restart so this morning I unhooked her cooling and exhaust sections in prep to yank her out and slap another in. I have to say the head guy at Peninsular (the Manufacturer) has been good. I should have her out by tomorrow and he's gonna start putting a fresh one together for me. Shipping ought to be the big slow down but other than that these seem to be a quick and easy change...

Can she be ready by May 4th? If not, please try to borrow another boat. I really want to fish that week.

I've got the Bertram 28 for back up. Just got off the phone with her owner. He got spooled by a slob blue yesterday using my spread and gps numbers. Should have the one out tomorrow and another by weeks end... Just need to figure out where to get the green to pay for it after paying cash for the boat and factory rebuild its tight around here...

I do catch the hell out of dolphin around them rafts but the Cuban rafts seem to hold more

Well the one is busted loose but still in the boat. The motor left New YorK and is being bonced all over the place. LAst night made it to Pennsylvania. Today to some spot in the Carolinas. Now they're talking tuesday.
