Conflicting schedules for work/ play have my usual ride knocked out of the Mid Atlantic this year. Also it appears that my back up ride will not be participating. I am available to captain and work the pit. I have my mate also available.
When I work a tournament. I am responsible for the tackle, baits, the spreads, the spots, the speeds and putting the fish in the boat. You reel the fish in!
We're fresh off our mako mania win and looking to sweep em all this year. A big advantage we have is that we get to work whites and blues all year instead of just the short season up north. This keeps us tight on our "A" game and really gives us a big boost to see so many and learn their behavior patterns. The other big advantage is being a lure maker. I get the feedback from thousands about what is working for them and what adjustments need to be made to spreads to really dial them in.

Well after a twist of fate and realizing that the crew of the boat I was going to fish and I have irreconcilable differences, my services for the MA500 are available again. I'm not looking for some mate or boat driver position. I make my living winning and the best way I know to do that is to have the say so or at least a lot of weight in decision making as to the spread and area to work. My rates are reasonable and record of placing well in tournaments is well noted through the fishing community.
Too bad they handcuffed you and didn't appreciate your experience or humor. We had some action with Whites on Saturday in the Spenser and weighed in one longfin. Good luck next week in OC.
Ken as you know I would have far rather been with you guys. You have a great bunch of friends a great boat and you are a blast to be around. Besides that, you guys know how to fish and keep open minds to learning new stuff. I'd love to get some guys for your boat for MA500 but so far no luck.
Had a decent day in the mud hole today with a mish mash of mahi, bonitas, falsies, a bluefish and two small bluefin with one being a throwback class one. Then took Colins niece and a couple other kids fishing in a pond after we got in. Bluegills for the most part, a catfish and little tiny bass for some spice had those little ones grinning ear to ear.
Ken,
There were a couple tennative rides out there but as yet nothing firm. Its late friday and still not booked. Ken you know I would rather fish with you than anyone. If you can get something going I'm...
