    you might like my office

    Here’s my office
    180’ draws 10’
    4 Cat 3512's @ 2000hp each
    We run @ just about 25 kts
    2 C-9's bow thrusters
    A john deere keeps the lights on.
    in "clutch" we do 10 kt's
    there's seating for 80 passengers.
    we haul 20, 000 h2o, and the same in fuel
    50 tons of cargo on the deck!

    And I work at this rig over 100 miles from the beach
    in Mississippi canyon.
    I dont get to fish but I sure get a lot of boating!

    I have to say i feel bad for you if that is the Noble Jim Thompson they suck. I used to be an engineer on the Nicki candies and those guys on that rig were a pain in the ass. Im actually working as an engineer now for Transocean. I miss getting to fish on the supply boats.
