    Nice report Mike. I am curious about the grouper throats. What the heck is that? I always thought the sides of the fish were better to eat.

    The local sushi joint around here had some yellowtail throats cooked like that, they were damn fine eatin.

    Sushi Sono in Columbia. It's pricey, but hard to beat.

    The throats were a special. I haven't seen them in a while.

    I bet I could talk them into cooking me some grouper once they come back in season and I get down to NC.
