Dang. I'm sure you know a heck of alot more than me, but this is exactly what I use. I just pull the living daylights out of the floss (35 lb floss) and you can see the floss change tint as the wax melds into itself. It is hell on the hands, but it works fine and doesn't unravel.
What is the better way (wrapping material)?

BTW, I saw your Crystal down in Morehead 2 weeks ago and it is awesome. We compared it side by side with the crystal available in the local stores and there is really no "comparison". The stuff we have been using is very dingy compared to your cyrstal and no where near as shiney.
I'm sure you know Purple and Chartruse are also popular colors (in addition to Blue, Pink, and Crystal).
Please let us know when your new hair is available.

    Glenn-

I like to use either 12 lb. test mono, nylon, or dacron like fly line backing. We are also using bobbins similar to what a fly tier would use to increase the pressure without cutting our hands. It makes our life much easier. If you are making witches up on the fly, go ahead and use the rigging floss. I have cut my hands so many times on that stuff that I hate it for lure tieing.

We have been using some of Baileys stuff on The RUN-OFF now for a couple months. I can tell you for sure that it produces fish. THE BEAST will agree as well.

Keep up the good work Bailey. Your products are top notch.

Got it. The Pink and Blue are not going to be the ultra high grade of nylon that you see in the photo. I can hook you up with our crystal and our white though. FYI- Our white is a natural white which is a cross between brite white and crystal w/o the flourescent glow. Most folks like the crystal so much better than the white that I am debating on whether or not to re-order inventory on it.
