WINDY'S DAY CATCH

[Tenacious]

Launched in the river and had to hit the protected area's. Frank had a guest at the camp but didn't see much action due to an upset stomach. Wind was pumping and just didn't make sense to try and fish the bays. So we hit a back-end canal and it yielded some 5 different species. Speck,reds,freshwater cats,bass,and a saltwater cat (hardhead). Made the best of a bad day here are some pics from the day.

nice catch of the meat. Largemouths are some of my favorite table meat, That is a nice catch in brackish water.

Great day right there. Way to make it work.

?- Do the brackish water bass taste as muddy as their freshwater cousins? I've caught some but never ate them because I don't really care for the taste of the freshwater bass.

nice catch steve-o!!! i caught some poopy diapers and some pee this weekend!! but the leash is off and i might make it out this weekend!!!
