    pacific slam blue/stripe/7 sails, 637# blue, spearfish off the teaser
    John - sounds like fishing picked up a little on Sunday. I fished with some friends Fri & Sat in the tournament. Slow Friday with 1 sail release and 1 mystery bite leaving a chafed leader....plus a couple of slingers. Sat was a little more eventful with 2 blue marlin sitings (neither bit), 2 sail releases, and a sail jumped off at 2:45 after clearing 2 dredges, 2 teasers, and 6 lines.....plus a hand full of mahi. Wouldn't ya know it....we were in 2nd place until the last 20 mins of the tournament when whoever caught their blue one at 2:40. That bumped us to 3rd. Then Gene caught his at 2:55 knocking us 1 spot out. Good on Gene! Only if we held on to that last sail.........
