Just made some spicy shrimp and grits ... filled the belly with some good company and now have poured my self a tall scotch to check on todays SFC action.

In honor of Fat Tueasday yesterday, I made Red Beans and rice, yum it was good.
Been working on 3 more "Daddy Pop" chapters and needed to take a break...

Just finished the last of the red beans & rice and did a safety class for my crew. i am just about to start searching for a small chart plotter to replace my old GPS unit on my boat. And maybe a new sterio (CD player shit the bed last year) garmin or lowrance or foruno? built in ant or fixed? any ideas?
