if you dont mind me asking, maybe paul himself can answer too, but why switch from top to bottom in the first couple guides? beautiful work as well

i keep telling myself..build BEFORE the bar i didnt think you would notice the guides

keeps the rod stable when fighting a fish. there is a video on my site explaining it. (thanks flat)..we shot that while fishing on adim's boat one day
