That is the hash pot. You know, Hash and Rice. We made this hash the real way, with the hog head. Added some hamburger meat, ground it and added seasonings. We also make a city version(using other cuts of meat instead of the head) for some people, not this time though.
Starting to get the meat off the grill now. Rice is ready. Beans ready. Hash has been cooking all night, it is ready.
