Guys sorry I haven't been around as usual. Here's why. For those of you that didn't know i used to cook in hotels and restaurants to pay for college. Well since the pharmaceutical business just sucks I decided to start my own. I here present to you EL RANCHO (The Ranch). It's located in Luquillo, Puerto Rico about a 40 minutes or 10 mile drive from San Juan. It sits in highway #3 just a 5 minutes drive away from the Rain Forest (now my backyard). It is as puertorrican as it gets in all aspects. It is what you guys would call "Al Fresco", the typical restaurant during the day, but at night....well....I'll let the pics talk by themselves. I'm still working in the second restaurant, the one that is close to the marina. Still working with the bank for the loan. Yes, the name says it all......

Being close to the rain forest is very cool. That plate of food looks nice. I'm not really into beer, don't remember when was the last time I had one... but I would drink one at El Rancho if I could
