THE ORIGINAL DVD IS FILMED IN HIGH DEFINITION RESOLUTION AND HIS VERY LONG LOADED WITH IN YOUR FACE ACTION!!
Awesome stuff, those cane pole dudes boggle the mind.
Notice the fire hose spray out the back. I've wanted to try that setup for a while now. Supposedly it sounds like a school of small baitfish in trouble to the tuners
My main bar builder spent yrs commericial fishing off of Hatteras. He said their was nothing like putting a 50lb dolphin or a 100lb big eye against 400lb mono. TUG-O-WAR baby.
BTW- did you see that second squid. AU- Nuturalle baby!!!!!
Cool video. I have a video called Tribute To Tuna that show the same type of fishing but it was filmed way back in the day. It shows 3 guys holding cane poles all attched to 1 main line pulling 2-300 pound tuna in like it is nothing.
I met the capt who made that video a couple of years ago at FishExpo in Providence. Really cool guy - BS'd for a while and I definately picked up some cool stuff that they do out there.
Great Video - pay attention to where that washdown hose is in relation to the short bait.
