Should have a Tropical Storm in our lap by about 0600 tomorrow morning. The Tuna Warnings have been posted and they started evacuating the water...

I think Im gonna write a guide to fishing floaters. The fish around these things can be patterned like those tarpon you got down there in PR. If I were gonna fish around one, there is no way in hell I would bother with the chunk bite. From everything Ive seen, its not nearly as effective as other options.

Kites are silly out here. And you know how many charters I have personally seen using them? NONE!
