Here is the 9 part series to make a planer Bridal. A few notes. This video was made a 4-5 years back and since moved to larger planers. I now only use 200 lb JB HC for making the Bridal and 100ft of 100-130lb mono for the leader material. This bridal Has Changed quite a bit since we put the first one together years ago.
One more tip for making your bridal that I mentioned above:
A tip when you make the Bridal windon. Rig your planer with the clips first. lay your planer with clips on the table and Measure the total length of planer with clips. Add 4" to the total length and use that measurement for the spacing of the loops. I believe that Basil at BHP makes the windon bridals now if you dont wish to make your own...Mark
