Anyone want to trade an Albe or CC for a Cabo?

Carolina Classic's and Albemarle are very nice boats of the type that I would like to go down in size to! Would any owner be interested in trading up to a very nice 1998 45 Cabo Express in the high $270k range? She looks like a 3-4 year old boat and performs like new. Because of health issues I have to give up offshore fishing.
I'm looking for a hardtop express/ downeast/sportfish cruiser in the 28-35 range, diesel or 4 stroke outboards I could use for coastal cruising .I f you have any owners with this type of boat who wants to move up please contact me. Brokers, I'll split 60-40% on commissions.

My post has been confusing, let me clear it up..

If the boat I'm trading for is of lesser value then mine then the difference would be to be made up in cash. Example we agree my boat is worth $280K and yours is worth $150K. The trade would then consist of swapping boats plus ($280-150=)$130k cash.
I can't buy another boat to I must sell mine or provide a trade where both parties desire each others boats and come to an agreement.

Also considering 28-32 Ablemarles, Carolina Classic's, Blackfin, Pursuit, Robalo, Whaler etc in a hardtop express configuration, without a tower, diesel or 4 strokes and well maintained. Thanks, Fred
