It is a shame indeed. This was a great platform for Box's world. Seems to me that W2MW was doing a pretty good job of policing itself but I guess it doesn't really matter what I think. Marty and John couldn't find a middle ground and that's the bottom line.

I am sure it will not be long before Box has a new home ... with his own rules. That is probably the way it should have been from the beginning. Hopefully this site will still have something to offer the South-eastern fisherman. Hopeful but doubtful.

Oh ya and completely ripping me off this year for thousands cause he said i did not pay him for a return plane ticket from NO. Trust me if i had a invoice or was reminded of a plane ticket i would pay. Nothing that man did here was cause he liked you all. It was cause after I gave him a free home he demanded money and i freaking paid. When it was time for him to walk on his own he became a jerk to many.
Oh ya remember that whole thing in new orleans. Hey tons of good people stepped up and your hero wanted to be paid to help. And I paid.

I got a message from Capt ********who said marty really off the site for good. Because he will start posting reports and pics as well as asking for trips again if Marty really is gone forever. Thats the other side of the coin.

Other thing is alot of you are freaking amazing. Give you a great free place to hang and make it what you want to make it. I have done over and beyond for years. I have dealt with more bs over this then you can ever imagine.
And man you are all so willing to just toss it under the bus.

while I respect your opinion....... Hubris is not harmless........ his vandalism of a boat has been well documented.

Just my opinion,

I never visit this forum, I find it trivial. However, I feel compelled to respond......Finally. I thought you meant, "Protect that Bluefin".....but you clearly meant, kill it, and get top dollar. Quite a bit of difference dont you think?
Now, my friends, SG, LT, TP, JR, RJ, TH, WK, think the same way. We have 66,000 members here, but only box top is looking to make a living, killing and selling this extinct creature. Its quite a shame to have a guy that drives a dodge pick-up make his living, killing...... and selling this magnificent creature into extinction. I think, you should change the name of your post to, "Kill him, and Sell him" How to get top dollar for your lousy effort at being a predator.
We need to protect Bluefin from guys that cant even spell "Extinct", dont you think?

Now as someone who trys hard to research and help things I can only help those who are willing to help.
What you all have seen in public is only one very small part of the pm's sent behind the scene.
You can not expect me to ban ban ban when your actions behind the scene are horrible.
The above is what we get to deal with.
If I missed the death threat in this post then I am sorry but I just dont see it and things like this are big statements that we have to take to heart. We spend hundreds of hours attempting to help but if no one helps us back then we are at a dead end.
