The one in the back was 57lbs...When the fish hit the deck, I thought the fish was pushing 60....But was wrong...Also, notice not one fish was gaffed...we slide them through the doors...no blood loss...we won by .25 of a lb....its the small things that win championships!!!

Winter time Wahoo fishing in the Bahamas brings out the hardcore...7 hrs of HS trolling at 16-18 kts in 10' seas...not fun but very productive...We covered over 300 miles of ledge in the two day event...Also, we pre-fished the day before and covered over 200 miles.

Time to get me a Philippino massage....

Hot Damn! A quarter pound! How sweet it is! We'll be pullin for you on leg three. Keep us posted.

If we are on a boat that doesn't have doors, and its tournament time, we gaff all fish over 30lbs...Then we bat the beast between the eyes on that hard pallet...They do the death quiver and die...Once we pull the gaff from the fish, we plug the gaff hole with paper towels and take it out later...Less blood lost/drainage = mo weight...small things
