I heard that several boats caught 30+ whites yesterday and several others were in the 20's. Anyone else heard this?

Jimmy,

It was pretty awesome...here are some of the numbers from yesterday...

326 billfish caught between 16 boats out of Rudee Inlet . 319 whites, 6 blues and 1 sailfish. Backlash had 41 whites and a blue

Rebel had 3 blues plus I think 25 Whites...just crazy

Yes, it is true. I was out fishing near the mouth of the bay yesterday afternoon and heard them chatting on the way in. I could not believe it. I know of a couple private boats and were in the teens and twenty's. Also some nice Wahoos caught and Dolphin. Wish I did not have to work today

A friend was there around the 600 in 50 to 80 fathoms and said there were wolfpacks everywhere. While fighting fish 3 to 5 more were nipping at the baits. They released 6 and pulled or jumped off several more with many boats hooked up in sight, some with marlin that jumped through their spread.

Epic Bite

I thinks it's awesome that the bite is happening off Va like it is. I would love to see whites stacked up together. Glenn, Jasona nd my dad are supposed to go with Erik on Saturday so hopefully they will find the action.
