Vermillion Snapper?

With the season opening shortly, I was wondering how far off one could find vermillion snapper this time of year?

92 feet out of New River. Been having to throw back some studs lately. They've been stacked up about 15 foot off the bottom around the offshore wrecks more than the ledges.
