I saw you were diving out of Hatteras. Were you diving wrecks? There doesnt seem to be a lot of live bottom out there. My dad would love to know where all of those spade fish are as he is dying to catch one.
Great video! Thanks,

Great video! Thanks,
Ren, great job on the new video and thanks for sharing on this site.
Another awesome video by Searen, ya'll seriously produce the best fishing/diving videos I have ever seen.
Captain Ren,
Yours and the Box's videos have insired me to try some of my own videography in Hawaii so I recently purchased a Cannon HD camorcorder. Any tips or tricks for prepping your camera with the Ikelite housing? The ikelite housing is next on the list for me. Would be awesome if you did a video on your prep, setup and shooting methods.....your "Can't get enough" video also inspired me to get back into freediving, thanks! Keep the awesome videos coming!
Aloha,
Jonesy
How long can you guys hold your breath? Man you need to be on fear factor. That's some great clips in some beautiful water. Thanks for sharing!!!!
Jonesy,
That is actually a great idea shooting some prep footage and walking folks through it. I'm always looking for ideas on how to add quality entertainment to the video and little things like that would be great. Thought about it just haven't done it. Glad these are inspiring you to get back into freediving. It's great exercise and will surely get you in shape. Although if your grandmother is around like mine she will try and hold you down and feed you because "your so skinny".
Thanks for watching
Ren
Fear factor huh? I have actually held my breath right at 5 minutes, which is below average in the freedive world, but that is lying still not exerting any energy. When we spearfish freedive most of our dives are between 50-80feet and usually are between 1 - 1:30 minutes although these numbers can be a bit higher or a lot shorter and the depth can be down to 100 feet or so hunting. Thanks for watching.
