    Tying witches

I figured with all these tips and stuff and Marty asking people to volunteer for tips. so tonight i was mession around with my tackle and decided to tie up some witches. Just got a new card for camera so figured why not "try" to make a new tip on tying witches..so i dono if this is gona turn out too well but ill give it a shot Sorry if the pics arnt too clear.

    Step #1
Tying Sea witches i usually use dental tape in large rolls. Its a bit thicker then dental floss and dosnt cut your fingers up as bad. First when using mylar i use two sided tape but i ran out. so i just tied the mylar onto the head and cut the remainder floss. For all my knots im just using a simple double knot.

    Step #2
Simply lay your witch head on a 1ft-1 1/2ft. peice of rigging floss.

    Step #3
When its placed in the center of the strand of floss, lay your hair on top of the head. Try to get it to sit up on the head. 90% of the time it will fall off..which is ok just a little tougher to get it started.

    Step #4
Once the hair is placed, tie a double knot and clinch it close to the bottom of the witch head. When you pull it tight you want the hair to sprout out on the tail end. Like shown in the Pic.

    Step #5
Once the hair is even all around the head, start working your way to the top of the head. I normally tie mine 3 or 4 times at the bottom and wrap towards the top and then a few more knots at the top and work my way down so that when i trim the ends of the floss i dont nip any hair. Some of you may find an easier way.

    Step #6
Once you have finished the tying, cut the ends of the remaining floss. Away from the hair. Trim your tail to the size you prefer. I normally trim about an half an inch of hair off the ends of my witches to make sure all the hair is the same length. And here is the finished product!

I dono how its gona turn out...i did my best Hope its not too bad!
