trying to get in contact with old salty...help

i tried to place an order online about a week ago for a #24 planer and i'm guessing it didn't go through because i didn't get a confirmation from paypal. i called the west coast number and got ahold of someone. he said he was super busy getting orders on a ups truck and would call me back so i could place my order over the phone. i never got a call back and have been emailing and calling like a psycho ex-gf. i haven't been able to get ahold of anyone for the past week via email or phone.

i'm sure they're just really busy or forgot to call me back, but does someone on here know how i can get ahold of somebody over there? in no way i'm i trying to bash their service, i just would like to place an order.
