    Those tastey Pamlico Sound Oysters

Left the dock in a blustery 21 degree air temp 37 degree water temp sludged through ice in the creek like the Northwestern on Deadlest Catch to provide consumers some tastey treats. So next time you open a oyster think about the poor commercial fisherman who froze his nuts off to get them to the dock .Heres some pics of a fellow oysterman diggin on the rock with us. P.S Marty, dad aka Capt. Ray said you and The Beast slap a dredge on the black boat and come on until the tuna start snappin again by the way pretty work on your fish so far.

Yeah, there just aint nothing like Pamlico Sound oysters. Only difference is my boys on Cedar Island do it the Old Fashion Way.......By Hand. No Doubt the Watermen of the Outer Banks are one tuff breed! My hats off to all of you.
