Thanks to box for the invite to post about my Fish Skinner. Thanks to you for your kind words in the "Big Game" section. Double D, Sea Draggin, OCNSLR, Nimrod.

As with many new ideas its really hard to convince people of a new way to do things. This tool is used just like opening a can of sardines. Its really simple. Several of the full time fish cleaners use them here on the Outer Banks. One being at my marina, Pirates Cove. Its not for all fish, but it does work great on tunas, dolphin and rockfish. I've even tried it on cobias. I wish now I could figure out something to do with skin. Looks like it would make some neat shoes! Especially the rocksfish skin.
Any how nuff said!
