    Thank You Squidnation

Bill and Nicholas, I just wanted to say thank you for putting this Father/ Kid tournament together. You guys went above and beyond to get this all put together. Everything went perfect throughout the weekend.

I would also like to than Marty and Jane for opening their home to us for the tournament dinner Saturday night. Just about everyone was there that was fishing in the tournament. Dinner was awesome, the company was great and I think everyone had a blast.

Thanks to all the sponsors who donated stuff for the tournament as well. It was greatly appreciated by everyone. I think everyone involved with the tournament got something to take home. Captain Shane won so many times he felt guilty and held his own name drawing to give some stuff to others.

Thanks to all the Captains who made their boats available for this tournament. Without you guys, this thing would not have happened.

The awards for the tournament were just amazing. Pictures don't do the art work justice. The awards were some of the best I have seen given out in tournaments IMO. Thank you so much to all of the artist who made this possible.

On The RUN-OFF, we had 2 amazing groups each day.
Day 1 we had Bill Pino and Nicholas, Joe and Joey and Ernie and Ernie. These guys were a blast to fish with. We had lots of laughs and definetly lots of jokes on each other all day long. The kids shot rubber bands and threw water balloons at each other all day long, so I know for a fact they had fun. I have some pictures of them on the way home I will post tonight. We ended up with 5 Yellows, 1 Black and 1 Wahoo for day 1.

Day 2 we had Sam and Clay, Shane and Cory and Mike and Anthony. There was no shortage of Pinos in MHC this weekend I can tell you that Again lots of laughs and an awesome time. We even got to assult the Bite Me on the way in with some water balloons. However, I think we ended up wetting ourselves more then them. heheeee I have some secret undercover spy photos of FINRAZOR that will shock the world. I will post them up tonight as well. LOL We ended up with 1 Yellow, 1 Wahoo and 5 Kings for day 2.

Both days, I had so much fun I can't describe it. Fishing was ok over all, could have been better and could have been worst. The kids got to reel in lots of fish each day and I know they had fun. That was the most important part to me.
I made plenty of new friends this weekend. I had a great time with each and every one of you that fished with us. However, I didn't get any pictures this weekend of our catch though. The few pictures I did take I will post up tonight when I get home. I know the guys that fished with us took some though.

Once again, thanks to everyone who made this tournament possible. I look forward to fishing it again next year.

I just whant to say thanks to everyone for putting this thing together, i had so much fun. Got to say it was a awesome job by bill pino, thanks buddy(even if you are a trader ). ALso thanks to everyone who fished this thing, without you guys it wouldnt have been possible. THIS TOURNY WAS JUST A BLAST, I CANT WAIT TILL NEXT YEAR!

Ill just give a quick recap of my 3 days on the water,

On friday Franky Pettolini was nice enough to let me prefish with them, i had a blast and we caught some fish. Not to mention Franky definitally knows his stuff and he taught me alot to say the least.

On Saturday i fished with the Energizer, It is a great boat, and a awesome Capp and excellent mate. We had steady action on the Mahis for a while, got a nice Hooskie, and caught a blackfin. Top notch day and probably the calmest day ive ever been on the water.

On sunday i ended up with the Run-off. Well as you guys allready know the BEAST is absolutely sick, im not really sure how he knows some of the stuff he does. He taught me alot, and Jhon in the pit was great, this guy is a excellent mate and works hard. Definitally a all around great guy. JUST DONT ASK HIM TO BE ON YOURE TEAM IN A WATER BALOON FIGHT!

Also thanks to all the sponsors for everything they donated, it was absolutely awesome. And to Vinnie myers, thank you for my knew mahi painting

Im going to post some pix up as soon as my Camera gets fixed

No doubt - pretty sad when my 47 year old tired fat arm is more accurate than your balloon launcher! We enjoyed the fun - glad you guys did, too.

Bill, fantastic job, downright first class.

Thanks for letting John and I join the group despite our lack of father/kid status. It was a great trip. I just finished vaccum sealing and am coming up with my dinner recipe as we speak.

It was great to put faces with names and meet some new friends.

Thanks for Marty and Jane for the GREAT hospitality once again. I wish I would have had more time to cook some tuna for everyone on Saturday, maybe next time.

See you all along the way, and maybe next year??

Can't wait for more pics and vids.
