Thumbs up Tarpon balloon tagging successes...

I have been playing with this idea for awhile and put it to work afew days ago with more than abit of skepticism. It works great and is fun and informative for me as well as my customers. I am able to predict frenzy's, not always, but it sure helps. The way they move after already understanding the bottom structure has been an eye opening experience. They follow a pattern! I know that is not news to any fisherman worth his salt, but when I say pattern, I mean identical...Two released 30 minutes apart did EXACTLY the same thing and ended up in a completely seperate lagoon within 20' of each other! The rest(6) were so similar it was astounding to me. There are seperate schools in different areas of a 150 acre lagoon, and each fish from the same school acted almost identical... Here are some pics, video to come once I figure it out...

Also got a 60+ just now in the marina...

With a couple of buddies, we were in an 8' zodiac with 5 idiots, myself included...They hooked him off my boat with my unused bait and cranked up the water sports dinghy and we all hopped aboard. Fought her on 12lb fo a half hour in and out of pilings and finally put her on the boat...Pics when those idiots e-mail them to me, probably manana...
