MOST DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHY IT HAS THE DESIGN IT HAS....AND MOST NON-PRO'S DO NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO RIG THE APPLIED BALLYHOO ASSOCIATED WITH THIS LURE

I WILL ATTEMPT TO SHARE SOME TRICKS WITH THIS LURE IN UPCOMING FUTURE DAYS AS LONG AS THE ONLINE VIEWERS NUMBERS ARE AT AN ALL TIME HIGH ....AND ...WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE BEAST HIMSELF...MAYBE...MAYBE SHARE SOME OF HIS ILANDER TIPS AND TWEAKINGS THAT WOULD BE COOL....REEL COOL IF HE JUMPED IN HERE ON THIS ONE

DOES YOUR ILANDER TRACK AND SWIM LIKE THIS ONE.....DOES YOUR LEADER HANG THE SAME WAY? DOES YOUR BALLYHOO APPEAR TO DISAPPEAR UNDER THE WATER AS THIS ONE DOES? .....AND IF YOU HAVE TOO MUCH WHITE WATER ASSOCIATED WITH SWIMMING THIS LURE ...THE RULE OF THUMB IS: "IF IT'S WHITE IT'S NOT RIGHT"......THEN YOU MAY NEED TO TWEAK YOUR SET-UP


IF IT'S WHITE IT'S NOT RIGHT DOES PERTAIN TO THE COLOR OF LURE......IT IS ALL ABOUT THE WHITE WATER ITSELF....THE WHITE WATER AROUND AN ILANDER/BALLY USUSALLY MEANS TRASH ON DA HOOK....OR A BROKEN BALLYHOO HEAD BONE....OR ....A WASH OUT......

AGAIN...AND I AM GUILTY AS WELL.....WE MUST CHECK OUR BAITS REGULAR

Do you mind if I ask what speed you were trolling at to get that particular action? On the higher speeds, do you increase chin weight? Were you trying to keep it on the wave face?

Marty Great video of the right tracking. If I remember right you like to file the head some and cut back the outer hair some and cut the inside hair off. Can you please explain the reasons for the changes to make it a better fish catching lure? Thanks Howard

I agree with Streamweaver...... also the bill on the bally must be trimmed such that the bill can be COMPLETELY inserted into the bullet head cavity.....that allows the bally to easily follow the action created by the ilander......
