Hey guys, Will be sailing open for the Holiday.. Will be targeting the usual, Grouper, Snapper Sea Bass ect... These open boat trips have been real sucessfull giving the solo angler the chance to dig in on some great Bottom Fishing here in NC...The cost is $250pp 4 angler max... Will be able to view the Fireworks and of course fire up the BBQ and cook up some grouper at the end of the day.. Call me if you have any questions.. Ken

Fishing has been pretty good, If you ever get a chance to book a trip Im sure you won't be dissapointed. Ken

All my Bottom trips have been booked by guys from NY/NJ and PA. They keep coming back!! The Jigging isn't as productive as bait fishing but they sure love pulling on those Big AJ'S.

I have to say that the bottom fishing is sick down there. I was fishing near you last week when you got the wahoo, and a handful of dolphin before you went on the jig inshore. We were working some structure a bit deeper and it was loaded with tasty critters. The bottom fishing is so on fire down there that it is hard for me to keep the spread out for even a half of a day until I find myself storing the trolling gear and loading the box with groundfish. Those of us that fish the northern waters really appreciate the variety and shear number of hungry fish on every piece of sticky bottom down there.

You got that right. I'm a home boy from Long Island, born and raised.. grew up in the fishing business up there pounding the bottom with the old crew from Freeport to Montauk. I was fortuate to learn from some of the best. As for NC it's a bottom fishermans paridise.. Ken
