SWELL RIDER SPORTFISHING...BFT REPORT..11/10/08

Well today we made our first BFT trip of the 2008/09 season. we've seen the signs and heard the reports so it was time for us to start the hunt. As usual the weather man was wrong N 5-10 was N 15-20 with gusts to 25 all morning, we worked between the Shad and the knuckle there was signs of scattered bait but nothing piled up like a few days ago. There was more bait on the east side but I opted not to mess around with all the Kings over there. Around noon we did see a nice fish pushing some bait inshore of the Shad but we didn't hook up our water temp ranged from 63 to 65 . For the most part it was a shake down trip even though we fish full time I just wanted to make sure the boys new what to do when the time comes. Hopefully we'll have another good season on the Swell Rider and looking foward to all the boys coming to town for another great winter.. Ken

Good luck the rest of the season. Fish are still moving south off of Chatham up here from Capt. Doms reports. Won't be long before they show up for you guys.
