SWELL RIDER REPORT..10/31-11/01

[[/I][/B]Well finially a couple of nice days and today was just as perfect as you can get.. Had a couple regulars out friday and Saturday for alittle Bottom Fishing and trolling the stream. Started out by donating my anchore to the structure I was fishing so it was power drifting the rest of the day on friday. Started the day with all the AJ'S a guy could pull on, one after the other catch one and a dozen or more would just follow. Want to check out a little honey hole I found to see if any American Reds were around, first drop tripple header, two keeper AM. Reds and a nice Sea Bass, next drop another Keeper American so time to leave the spot alone. Finished the day with a nice cooler full of Sea Bass, vermillion Snapper and 3 American Red Snapper.
Today was Picture perfect, head for the NE Conner of the Big Rock got there in no time had it to the wood the whole way. Found a nice temp break that was loaded and I mean loaded with all the Mahi you wanted. Yes they were small but they sure eat well. Kept 1 limit of Mahi and a Limit of nice Kings before heading in to grab a red grouper and a few Trigger fish. Couldn't ask for a better day with some good guys as well as the help from Jackie who is one part of the Merry Marlin Crew.. the one thing I found on the way in and out was perfect BFT water loaded with bait and a dropping water Temp, it won't be long before the first one is landed, hopefully it's me. Very nice job there Capt. Very thankfull that we finally got a couple of decent weather days.
