    Starbrite metal polish....

Sorry BOX, I could not find the starbrite thread so I will post this here.

I have decided to try the starbrite metal polish on the last boat I detailed. It does what it said it would do. The only thing is... Being I am a yacht detailer I found only little bottles to buy. I NEED BIG BOTTLES of this stuff. It removed rust from stainless and oxydation and water marks from aluminum. It leaves a great barrier from salt. And it did a great job on the outriggers which were starting to dull and the metal polish brought them back to life. I will use it again.

Where can I get big bottles of the metal polish ??

When it comes to aluminum I used to use this on outriggers and towers several years ago when I worked in FLA on boats.

Don't know if it is still the best around.

You know Dan I have used that before, I found that it has a tendency to wear off fast, It does a great job.

I usually use a good metal polish, then I finish up with woody wax to give a good seal.

I usually use the collonite metal wax.. but sometimes it is hard to find in a moments notice. I use to use the method of using the colonite metal wax followed by the insulator wax by colonite. I am trying some new things. I guess it is a girl thing. If I find something I really like I stick with it. But nothing has really caught my fancy. it is the outriggers that give me a really hard time, due to the fact that they only get a good cleaning when the owners want a full detail, then it is sometimes once a year. I will try the Noxon.... thanks for the tip. where can I find it?
