Thanks for the information on your rod. It sounds like a nice setup for this application. I would like to come down and see the rod but I will be at Atlantic Beach working on my boat this weekend as well. I have narrowed my choices down on the components and have decided on the guide types and materials but am still working on the sizes and I will wait to get the blank to check spacing and number.
