**Spectra End Loop Video**

There is always a question on how to do the Spectra Loop on the end of your JB hollow core or Dacron mainline. I put together a 2 part step by step Video to help those out that wanted to learn how to do the end loop......Mark

thanks mark another great vid.... i am running your planer bridle on my planer rod and it works great ihave lost the link to the video from fpt but do you run a inline swivel of any kind between your braid or spectra and the windon just couldn't remember... thanks man

On the planer bridal I just do a double cats paw from the mainline to the 100ft bridal windon. I do redo the loop on the mainline about every three trips and switch out the bridal every three trips.
When I am just trolling with a 30ft windon I like to add a 100lbXX (extra extra strong) Barrel swivel between the mainline and the windon since I don't use a swivel on the end of the windon itself. The 100XX swivel will go through the guides very smoothly because it is fairly flexible.When I do this I use a Double CatsPaw to the swivel from the Mainline then a double catspaw to the 30ft windon. There are many ways to do the connection but this has worked well over the years.Hope this helps....Mark

Great stuff!!I do have a question when you are pulling the tag in to "finish" do you want to exit with the needle the same hole at the base of the loop or do you just get close before you pull the tag back in the spectra?
